Eligibility Requirements
Employee can qualify for Healthy San Francisco if the Employee meets ALL of the following requirements:
– サンフランシスコ在住、
– 90日以上無保険、
– 年齢18歳以上、
– 健康保険に加入していない。
Discount on Healthy San Francisco Participant Fees
If the Employee qualifies and enrolls with Healthy San Francisco, the Employer’s payment on behalf of the Employee is applied to Healthy San Francisco, support the Employee’s participation and enrollment in Healthy San Francisco.All rights reserved. 従業員は、雇用主からの支払い後6ヶ月間、Healthy San Franciscoの参加費の割引を受けることができます
